UX audit
A site with visitors and too few enquiries rarely has a design problem. It has a page that takes six seconds to load on a phone, a form that wipes everything after one mistake, a button hidden behind the cookie banner on a small screen, or a price nobody can find. We walk the site the way a customer does, check what the analytics actually say, and hand over a ranked list: what to fix first, why, and roughly what it costs. The fixes can be ours or any other developer's.
Usually it is speed, not design
In our Baltic web audit the median Latvian homepage took 6.6 seconds to show its main content on a phone, measured across 44,279 PageSpeed runs in 2026. Google's bar for good is 2.5 seconds, and only 15% of Latvian sites clear it. A page slower than people are willing to wait loses them before any design choice matters, so speed is measured first.
The numbers get checked before they get used
Often the first problem is in the analytics rather than the site: a conversion counted twice, a form not counted at all, or a consent banner that blocks measurement for most visitors. Decisions made on that data are guesses, so GA4, Tag Manager and Consent Mode are checked before a single recommendation is written.
- The main journeys checked end to end, from landing page to enquiry or checkout
- Testing on real phones, not a shrunk desktop browser window
- Analytics and conversion tracking checked before anything is concluded from them
- Forms, cart and checkout reviewed step by step
- Mobile speed and Core Web Vitals
- Accessibility against WCAG 2.2 AA and the European Accessibility Act
- Clarity of copy, prices and trust signals
- A fix list ranked by impact and cost
Who this is forFor businesses whose site gets traffic but not enough enquiries or sales, and who want to know why before paying for a new design.
A structured review of how real visitors move through your site and where they give up. It combines a walk-through of the key journeys on real devices, the analytics, speed and accessibility checks, and ends in a ranked list of specific fixes rather than general advice.
An SEO audit asks whether people find the site. A UX audit asks what happens once they arrive. They overlap on speed and structure, but a site can rank well and still lose most of its visitors at the form.
It depends on how many journeys, templates and languages the site has. We quote a fixed price before starting, and fixes afterwards are quoted separately.
No. Every finding names the page, the device, the reason and the fix, so your own developer or another agency can work straight from the list.
