Riga Food is the largest food industry fair in the Baltics, 10 to 12 September 2026 at Ķīpsala. MARKETS, a food wholesaler from CÄsis, took stand B40 to meet shop owners, caterers and producers. We designed the stand concept and everything printed for it, and put one idea at the centre of all of it.

No business cards
Business cards from a fair get lost, and the sales team never knows who the person was. So every printed piece carries a QR code that opens a short form on the site: name, company, phone, what you are interested in. The page is bilingual and picks the language from the visitorās phone. Submissions land in the same store as the websiteās other forms, and the sales team can call back while the fair is still on, not a week later from a pile of cards.

The pieces
- Rollup. Red, the logo, āLaba izvÄle sÄkas Å”eit.ā in Onest, the company in two languages, the domain. Visible across the hall.
- Leaflet. A bilingual tri-fold: who they are, who they supply, the delivery regions, a selection of products from the SLÄTAVA, Provitus and partner ranges, and the QR code.
- Logistics card. An A5 table card for the second audience at a food fair, producers and importers who need a route to the shelf: own warehouse, own trucks, fixed weekly routes, a map of Latvia with the delivery points, and a QR code to the logistics page.
- The stand. A compact corner stand, our concept from first sketch to print: product shelves as the walls, the rollup as the backdrop, one table, leaflets on the counter.

Everything is built on the same system as the new markets.lv website, launched the day before the fair: the same red, the same tape and stamp badges, the same typography. A visitor who scans the QR code lands on a page that looks like the leaflet in their hand.

Every piece was written in HTML and CSS and rendered to CMYK PDFs with bleed and crop marks, the same toolchain as the website, so the type, the badges and the red match to the value.
