The challenge

A new brand entering competitive European airport transfer routes - no reviews, no remarketing list, no brand recognition. The client had a good product and no room for wasted spend. Every euro had to reach someone ready to book.

What we did

We built the account around high-intent search: travellers actively looking for transfers at specific airports, not general travel research. Tight geo-targeting, aggressive negative keyword architecture, and continuous bid sculpting kept quality high. After 90 days we cut underperforming routes and doubled down on the destinations with the strongest conversion data. No awareness spend, no broad brand-building - just buyers at the bottom of the funnel, reached at the exact moment they were ready.

Results
  • €37,542 in confirmed bookings from €2,303 in ad spend
  • 16x ROAS from a cold audience with zero prior brand recognition
  • 1,680 qualified conversions across 6 months
  • 91 net-new clients - most had never heard of the brand before clicking
  • +€6,000 in repeat transfers outside the core attribution window
  • Client has been with us for 5+ years

They launched with no audience and filled their calendar. The results came almost entirely from people who had never heard of them - found through search at exactly the right moment.

The lesson isn’t a clever trick. It’s discipline: stay in high-intent channels, cut what isn’t converting, and resist the temptation to go broad before you’ve earned it. Narrow targeting and clean account structure beat volume every time at this stage.

The client is still with us. The campaigns still run. The ROAS has held.

We’ll tell you the truth.
