New company
Client had been in business year before but without collecting any reviews or client portfolio. They brought new website and name in this field that we had to work with. With all investment budget was tight, so we had to make the best out of it.
The Strategy
Successful Google Ads Approach
We targeted destinations their clients most likely tend to take. Focused on airports around clients location and most popular destinations. We pushed for quality and good drivers over competition.
With eliminating unworthy destinations that don’t convert we brought more clients and with extra 5% Christmas discount we manage to fill their transfer calendars for next months.
The Results
16x ROAS
- 37,542 EUR worth of transfers. ( 412EUR on average per transfer )
- 2,303.62$ spent on google ads ( yes dollars 🙂 )
- 5217 clicks with 1680 conversions (conv. = checked priced or wanted to book )
- 91 new clients in 6 months with a potential to return next time.
~15 customers returned to ask for extra transfers that are not included in our review. These usually are people who booked 1 way transfer but decided to pick same company for extra service. ( ~6000 EUR excluded from our review but informed by client to us ) This would bring clients 16x ROAS to even better numbers.
