Register build
€600 to 1,500Priced per packaging type, not per hour. Each type needs one of two documentation sets - the same split the role checker walks you through. A type where distributor-tier checks apply (confirming and recording a supplier's registration) costs €150. A type where manufacturer- or importer-tier documentation applies (the conformity file, the declaration of conformity) costs €250. A shop with a few plain bought-in box types and a couple of printed lines lands somewhere in the middle of the range; the exact figure depends on how many types you carry and which set each one needs.
Retainer
€60/monthKeeps the register current: new packaging types added as they're introduced, supplier changes logged, weights updated when they change - not reconstructed once a year from old invoices.
Per-country reporting
€99/country/yearFiling the annual data for a country you're registered in - once for each country you sell into.
Where a declaration of conformity is required, we draft it and you sign it. That applies to manufacturer-tier packaging only, and signing it is what puts the compliance responsibility on the signing company. The same split applies to supplier letters: we write them, you send them from your own address. If everything in your register is distributor-tier, there's nothing to sign.
For larger operations
