Yes, we provide free website restores and malware cleanups for our maintenance plan customers, and we expand this service to new registrations. The only catch is that a minimum of six months of subscription is required to qualify for free cleaning. However we take each case individually. Smaller websites will take less time to clean and we will give you a discount. 

Yey! If you are not satisfied with your maintenance services in any way, we give a 100% refund.

Various sites typically have various levels of complexity and objectives so individual attention is needed. We may discuss adding more than one site to a custom plan, but it may require a another package altogether.

Yes, we can discuss upgrades and downgrades for subsequent months.

However, it’s not possible to change a plan after the month has started.

Most likely yes, as practically any support role involves fine-tuning of internal settings. Also we always want to be sure we can access website at any point you might need help.  This requires a WordPress admin account, and SFTP access to server files.

If you are concerned about your main admin account, we will help you set up new admin account that you will be able to delete at any time.

We will setup a recurring billing with PayPal or Stripe. You will be charged within first days of each month. If your charge is declined, we get in touch with you and find out what’s the situation and if we should keep supporting you.

Yes! All prices listed here are without VAT. If you have a valid EU VAT license your VAT will be 0%. We’re company in Europe with valid VAT registration. 

You can cancel your contract at any time. People are staying with us because we love our support and care for their web site. Our WordPress Maintenance Plans don’t want to keep you trapped in something you don’t need or want. Simply write us an email, or call us.

Our maintenance plans concentrate on maintaining your website, and the SEO is outside the reach of a maintenance plan.

SEO Plans are separately available and complement our WordPress Maintenance Plans.

Our WordPress maintenance plans are a part of complete support for WordPress. As part of the maintenance plan, we follow best practices to improve the SEO of everything we do. Examples include:

• when we add images we add alt tags (alternative text for search engines and disabled users)
• we make sure your website has a good quality SEO plugin in place.
• we make sure your site is able to be indexed by search engines.
• we add an xml sitemap to help search engines spider your site.

To be able to manage all aspects of a WordPress website for our clients we need access three things:

1. Administrator level access to WordPress Admin.
You can either create a new account for us, or you can send us details of your admin account and we will create our own admin user.

2. Your WordPress Database.
You can either have access to Cpanel / Hosting, or to phpMyAdmin. This covers both (2) and (3) if you have access to the Cpanel / Hosting.

3. Your Websites Files.
SFTP (safe file transfer protocol) gives us access to manage all the files which make up your WordPress website directly.

In general , people give us two things; their credentials for managing WordPress and their credentials for administrating the hosting account and we are on our way!

We often build our own users to access various areas in order to prevent problems with password resets and also to make it easy for users to uninstall if our services are no longer needed.

Lastly, here at Green Wire Media we take protection very seriously and we take special care of sensitive details with our customers. All access points use double access authentication, and no passwords are ever sent via email.
